how to rearrange the item interface

I did search the forum, but couldn't find any answer. So, here is what I'm looking for: I keep seeing people posting screenshots with their inventory screen shows like not armor part but all the bags and belt pouch are one under the other, so that everything will be showing. How did they do it in the game? ( I hope they didn't just PS it) I couldn't figure out with "edit interface" function in game. Can someone help me plz?

F9 is awesome for identifying and salvaging things in your belt or bags. You can id/salvage them directly without having to move things around in inventory.
