ok, does Spirit of Failure and Price of Failure stack to 50%?

also does blocking or activating an attack activate it?

Yes, Spirit of Failure and Price of Failure stack to 50% (one of the joys of being a N/Me or Me/N).

Also, yes, as far as I know, it doesn't matter why they fail to hit, both Spirit and Price of Failure trigger if the attack does not connect.

They do not stack to 50%, because all stacking percentages in this game stack multiplicatively, not additively.

Rather than 25% miss + 25% miss = 50% miss, it's 75% hit * 75% hit = 56.25% hit (so 43.75% chance of miss).

would this mean that with spirit of failure on somebody and then blind them u get lots of energy seeing as they cant hit ?
