I searched for Turn Off, Game Hints, Disable and got 0

What I'm wondering is, can you turnoff the autobubbles that pop up when your cursor hovers over a skill on your skillbar?

It's not the disable hints option as that pertains solely to the game hints - like when we were noobs just starting the game and if like me you have a habit of tapping the spacebar for attacking.....and its says "repetitively pressing the space bar doesn't help you attack faster NOOBIAN "

So is there an interface setting that can prevent the autobubble skill/spell descriptions from popping up with your cursor passes over a skill on the skillbar?

No. and why would you want too? If you need autobubbles turned off, it leads me to believe your missing aggro <In which case just zoom out> and whatnot. Elaborate. Maybe we can find another fix!

because anything of minor importance (like my life/energy bars) are blocked partially as long as my mouse is on a skill perhaps?

Ummm as far as I know, no. I rarely hover on it when running unless I'm using it or lookin at it. :P Maybe make the skill bar smaller or put it on top or on the sides. ^^

Good ideas, also you can try moving stuff around to make your UI more user friendly!

dont use ur mouse. you can play the whole game with just keyboard. press 1-8 for your skills. you can press them as many times as you want and you wont get a lil audible thing

Not everyone can use a keyboard to it's fullest extent. I ahd both wrists crushed a few years ago and suffered nerve damage. My fingers don't work as advertised all the time, and I have to use a mouse a great deal more than most.

Doh! This is for the 'newbie' pop-ups... sorry. I should learn to read.
