True, but the market dictates that certain people (e.g., those of us who can use req 13 items, mesmers, and server-jumpers) will pay less for items than others. The req 13 may not hurt this item as much as it might hurt others, but it will affect the price...

...whatever that is.

I'll also be interested in seeing where the auction goes.

To have 13 divine favor, thats requires a 12/12/3 build (unless your slacking on healing prayers, which defeats the purpose of extra div favor) this doesnt leave much for your secondary attribute, so lol any heal monk uses a secondary.

anyway, it doesnt matter that any monk could have 13 divine favor, high requirement hurts weapon price regardless. Sure any axe warrior has 16 axe mastery, but does that stop a 13 req weapon from being worth 120% less than a req 12?
