Ascalon Settlement?

Where is it? I was told it is to the north of LA. Can anyone be more specific? Any help appreciated!!

Look on your map North of Lion's Arch. There's a section where the sea makes kind of a triangle shape on the coast...that's the best I can think to describe it. It's just to the left of that.
