WTB Forge Master Group <<plz look>>

i got all the items required for the FoW helmet i have been trying to get but all the groups suck really bad, i am willing to pay about 5k to everyone in my group if we successfully get to craft my helmet i went from being a 1mill xp stance axe tank to a 3mill xp just by trying to get my damn armor...plz help me.
