Well it really depends on which servers you play... if you're on European let me know and I will tell you when me and my guild are doing some Fow (usually with my 2-3 friends we have 100% success no matter who else comes)

The key is to be patient while starting a group, don't be afraid if you have to wait about 30-45 min to make a solid group. Ask for their XP, ask them how many runs they've completed forgemaster, and then ask them for key skills they should have (if they don't have them chances are they have no clue what their job is IE a tank with no stances). Normally experienced players will be willing to wait around for 20-30 min for you to finish the group. This strategy I use never fails and you'll get a solid group.

2 Healer Monks (boon, word of healing, hex removal, heal party)
3 Air Elementalists (Air Attune, Elem Attune, ball, strike, chain, javelin)
1 Battery (BiP, Blood Ritual)
1 Stance Tank
