Quick damage/low power Nec/Ran build

I know I should have probably went Nec/War for a build I am attemting, but I already had a Nec/Ran at level 8 so tell me what you think.

Im trying to get a build that keeps your life up while stealing life from your enemy, and at the same time keep your power up and do some pretty nice damage. Im also trying to throw a strong AoE in there (Deathly Swarm at the moment.) Here it goes:


This build is based on skills that I have recieved so far at level 8:

Necromancer/Ranger -- Quick Damage/Low Power Build (Calling it Blitzkreig Power Build)
Blood Magic: 4
Death Magic 3 (2+1)
Soul Reaping: 1
Beast Mastery: 4
Markmenship: 5

Abilities
Deathly Swarm
Vampiric Gaze
Dark Pact
Troll Urgent
Feral Lunge
Charm Animal
Hunter's Shot
Power Shot

Strategy:
Draw mobs in with my bow, using Hunter's Shot to bleed them, and then Power Shot when they get closer. Then I use Dark Pact followed with Vampiric Gaze for some quick damage. I toss in Feral Lunge when their attacking to bleed them. I repeat with Dark Pact and Vampiric Gaze until their dead, but I havn't had to repeat yet. If my party is being attacked in groups, like in PvP, I use deathly swarm for some very nice damage.

What Im thinking about doing:
Im thinking about taking out Feral Lunge and tossing in Life Siphon to keep my HoT (Heal over Time) up. I might also throw in Putrid Explosion for PvP, seing as after someone dies in PvP, their always right next to a party member.
