Guy was TRYING to sell one for 20k in Lions Arch today. I looked at it. But, wasn't worth 20k to me. I offered 10k. He said Nah! lol

I'd value it really low to be honest. Basically a req 8 max gold with perf shelter to me 7.5k. I don't think that there's really any demand at all for <50% damage mods, but since it's perfect and low req, maybe. I doubt 60k is reasonable though.

em...i would say 30K, coz ppl would rather buy a Razorstone if this cost them 60K, at least i will do it. 20K more for 15^50 and 10% furious, forget the axe mastery.

Really? Probably half the axes I get as drops farming trolls are sephis. Can't imagine the skin holds value.
