PC on vampiric spatha of swordsmanship

from the searching I did, it seems that my best option may be to salvage and sell the upgrade, but I was wondering if it would be worth selling. the sword has a high req (11), and is only +13%, but both mods are max and good mods, so I was wondering if it would sell for more before salvage or what.
