As shown, curious to see what people will offer for it. If I'm mistaken sorry to waste everyone's time but i've been playing since this game started and never seen a staff like this.

Sorry for the miss post then, didn't mean to give the mods more work...as for it's value I've seen many odd graphic items sell for good money. Example: a plain max dmg crystaline sword.

It's a rare skin, but like most other rare skins, it's only valuable to other people if it has cast/recharge mods on it.
