the health upgrade sucks but cuold be replaced with a better mod
edit: just change health mod

Replace the Health and it'll be worth a ton of money..More than 100k easily since if you get a perfect health mod it'll be perfect I think.

You can leave it unmodded and still ask a LOT for it; maybe leaving the buyer decide what to put up is a good option and saves you 50k.
I would price it around 200k interested to know other opinions

I would say 150k+......most smiters like one handed but this might change their mind lol.....good luck bud
