PC on AWASOME STAFF

Hey guys, I'm new to the forums and been playin GW for aprox 2 months...
I found this staff in a chest in the dessert....
Gold Staff

Defensice Earth Staff of Enchantment
Energy + 10
Earth Dmg 11-22 (req 10 Earth Magic)
Improves skill recharge using water magic skills (chance 20%)
Armour + 5
Enchantments last 20% longer
Dmg + 20 %

How much should this sell for?

Just like to add that the staff is not, cutomized...
found as is....

If this item has the common earth-staff model, then it will run at least 30k-50k. If it has the staff of Orr look, then it will probably be closer to 100k+.

ADDED: Hmm, I just noticed the +20% dmg -- if you customized it, then it's worth only item list-price at the merchant (a few hundred gold). Also, what must I do to get my staves PC'd!!!

Thanx... how do i tell the diff btwn the earth staff model and the Orr look???
