Item Stats:
- max dmg (lightning of course) req 9 marks
- +13% damage always
- -1 nrg regen.
- +5 armor always

I thought it was pretty good, thanks in advance.

So since I got no replies, I'm guessing that +13 all the time is worth crap and that this is some sad bow that should go to a merchant.
