This is somewhat subjective, but the item popularity is mostly based on the attribute line (for instance str shield are better than tactics shields, and monk/ele weapons are more popular than mesmer/necro ones) and on the 3d model, and of course the item requirements (req 8/9, vs req 12/13). For T5, I would consider 5k as a min offer.
