Fyi, 'high end' shields usually have 2 mods. While +8 vs. undead is pretty darn good for PvE this couldn't go for more than 10K because of it's single mod and mediocre tactics req. If you ever have questions on how much an item is worth (and therefore where to post it) then you can always post a PC (price check) of the item beforehand.
