i need help with my account

say you bought a used account and want to reset the account so all of the previous owner's settings were reset. Is this a possibility? is there a way to reset an account?

...Buying used accounts is against the EULA. You wouldn't be able to clear everything, as some things like unlocked items or past history are tied to the account.

i didnt actually buy a used one. just using as an example. it is my own account. i just want to reset like the interface to default. like where all the stuff is positioned. is that possible?

And I really hope you don't have a used account, as people who buy them find out they've been scammed when their accounts get banned.

no. it truly is my own. but i dont mean the customize menu. i mean like the layout of where the inventory and hero and skills boxes and menus and stuff pop up. can you reset their locations?

yes just click and drag in game for some (at top same as a regular screen box)

others when you are in customize click and it will highlight and you can move and resize everything how and where you want it

what i mean is can you tell it to move everything back to its default position?

click on default when "costumize" window goes up then save
