It's a gold battlepick (guess the name gives it away?)

Piercing Dmg: 6-28 (req. 13 Axe Mastery... insane yes)
Damage +14% (while Health is above 50%)
Energy gain on hit: 1
Energy regeneration -1
Health +28

I would say around 15-20k, but wait for a second opinion
Btw you can't bump your post in less than 24 hours.. even if rules in the Etc section are a little less strict you could get into troubles for waiting little more than 1 hour.
