hi, i need a price check on this.

rare Sundering Sephis axe of Ecnhanting
slashing dmg: 6-28 (req10 axe mastery)
Damage +18% (while health is below 50%)
Enchantments last 18% longer
armor penetration +10% (chance:10%)

i found this and was wondering how much i could get for it.
