Where can i get better than ar30 ele armour

I have got to lion's gate but still have'nt seen any better ele armour that the one i got in old ascalon just after I started. Its Ar30. Other members of my guild have much better armour now.

When you get to Druid's Overlook, some collectors will offer items with more than 30 defense. I havn't gotten any further than that though.
