Check on a unknown skin gold flame artifact

I found this flame artifact in SF and I never seen anything looking like this before... is that a rare skin or it's just me? If so is it worth anything or should i sell it to merchant?

Its rare, it can raise the price if you have a good one. Its not like an OMG I must buy it kind of thing. It can give you an increase in revenue if its good. I've yet to find a good one though.
