I found this flame artifact in SF and I never seen anything looking like this before... is that a rare skin or it's just me? If so is it worth anything or should i sell it to merchant?

Its rare, it can raise the price if you have a good one. Its not like an OMG I must buy it kind of thing. It can give you an increase in revenue if its good. I've yet to find a good one though.

Again a thread which is 3 months old and you bump it up... noone here EVER asked for a flame artifact, i just asked infos about one. Btw i have a req. 8 10% faster recharge and it's worth not more than 5k exactly like yours. From the bottom of my heart stop it, thanks.
