Well I'm not sure how this would work PvE but I'm sure it would do just fine PvP
Well anyways it specializes with the skill Fragility

How do you get tactics and illusion magic? Wouldnt that be a R/W/Me? Wow that must be the best guy in the game

even better, he's got a Monk skill in there! But, I'm sure it's just a typo, and he meant Res Sig, not Ressurrection.

Comedy aside, arn't Hunter's Shot and Concusion Shot a little dependent upon what your target is doing? Correct me if I'm wrong, but Hunter's only causes bleeding if they're moving, and Concusion only causes Dazed if they're casting a spell, right? Also, Incidiary Arrows and Apply Poison are both preperations, are you planning on swapping them out constantly? Or, were you planning on taking advantage of IA's 8 seconds by having a backup Prep?

and im not sure how ur going to get 13 illusion,when ur a ranger/mesmer,to start it off,might as well drop apply poison and bring poison arrow,and instead of doing that,just turn ur ranger into a crippling ranger,cause i to had one setup like this,brang it to uw,sf,fow,and any other place you can think of,ive tried so many setups bleeding poison burning etc.it never worked out,just change put stuff into your exp wilderness and illusion(wont really need marksmanship,because crippling shot is still really effective with 0 mrskmanship,or go outside of serenity temple and get that bow,which is pretty good)and bring crippling shot and imagined burden,and some other quick dmg dealing skills,that'll do the trick,helped my ranger do the sf uw fow and etc. pertty good(in a group of course ^_^

-Melandru's arrow and Incendiary arrows are both elites.
-13 illusion is not possible with a ranger
-Expertise is too low, your energy will be burnt out in 4 seconds
-Fragility can only do so much...

If you ask me, this build is horrendous!
I feel like Simon.

I suggest starting over with this build. It has lots of potential, and I have seen it being used the correct way... very deadly

Actually I use a fragility build effectively in pvp, even had a few "WTF" from guys I killed who didn't know how I killed them so quickly. But you build won't capitalize on the fagility as it is... you need 0 Wilderness survival because you want the target to burn for 1 second on Incendiary arrows. Then you run in cast fagility (here is the weak part of the build because casting fragility first, although allows for more damage, gives the astute player 2 seconds to figure out what is about to happen... casting it second means you waste a second of Incendiary arrows) followed by incendiary arrows and then tigers fury. Use a halfmoon bow. Your damage will clock in at around 20 on the arrow, 15 on the fragility, 14 on the burn and another 15 on the fragility (stop burning) = a respectable 65dmg, most of it unprotectable, and you interupt on every shot. Great for caster killing, crappy on Wars unless you have help. With tigers you will fire off 6 shots from a halfmoon/short which totals 390 dmg in 8 seconds on a target that can't heal or hex remove itself because of the interupts.
