Checked all the [skill] NPCs and even ran around checking quests.. no luck
Is this a know bug or am I just not supposed to have those skills?
Skill problems after lvl 20 respec of 2.

I did the monk quest at lvl 20 and now a happy Necro/monk, dropped warrior.. anyways. I can't seem to get the skill: Mending

maybe it is s Signet of Capture item on a boss

Can you capture skills that aren't Elite? Is that how I would get Order of Pain with a Necro secondary?

You can capture any skill from the two classes that you are - so, you can capture Necromancer and Monk skills.
Order of Pain is purchasable at Port Sledge from Thengen.

ok i had no idea about character respec? does this mean when i hit lvl 20 i can respec from W/Me to W/Mo.
If so could someone post telling me how to?

Cheers Each class has a quest associated with it that you must complete to change secondary classes. I picked up the Elementalist and Mesmer quests in the towns around Augury Rock. I haven't found Monk yet, but I'm sure someone else has.

I just took henchmen and went to kill the soul devour. Ofcourse I died like 5 times in a row before I actually killed him.

aye, lol.. 60% moral loss and just keep coming back... and we had the pleasure of a sand worm at the spawn aswell. It took a while, lol. The worst part was actually getting there. Mage and healer henchmen with those flying fish things around is just...
