Racthoh
Worth's Rod/Icon on one set.
Morgriff's Scepter and a 20/20 Blood idol on the second.
+5 energy wand and a 20/20 Blood idol on the fourth.
Staff with +25 health, +15% longer enchantments, improves skill recharge using Divine Favor 16% and quick recovery from dazed on the last.
Really need a new staff...
Edit: Just realized you said Healing Monk... oops. In which case replace Worth's with Morgriff's Scepter and a 20/20 Healing Ankh.

I was using a yakslapper until recently just for the energy bonus, but Brohn dropped his rod for me the other day and I've been using that combined with a simple +12 divine offhand for the time being. Still trying to find a perfect offhand to use :P

Rare +4 energy Rod
Collectors +12/20/20 Healing Ankh
I'm not super big on spending cash for the same things, just being gold or green or whatnot.

Depends on where i am.
Most of the time when enchantments are used:
Gordac's rod
The Stonesoul
SF farming:
Gardock's Staff
When i don't need enchantments:
(79 energy, and i take offering of blood for management and i still have 2 regen)
Wand with +15 energy -1 energy regen
Focus with 12 energy + 15 -1 energy regen

when i spec for healing, my monk uses the +5 energy fire wand from outside Nolani and a 20/20 healing ank.
When i spec for Prot, i use the yakslapper

Shimus DarkRaven
Eh, I either use an offhand wand with +4 energy >50% hp and a offhand +12, req 8 or lower, of if I need hp for infuse hp, I use my Hale Holy Staff of Fortitude <+60hp>

Yakslapper.. will buy Brohn's rod when i get 30k or so more. I was using Gardock's staff for a while but it's worse than a Yakslapper and more expensive Oo
Mesmerized, which collecter offers 20/20 ankh? I want one ^^

As for me, I use either the HoD sword and the Healing Ankh or the Yakslapper.

When i spec for Prot, i use the yakslapper Same here
in invicimonk mode i take a swd + 20% enchant and blood icon.
in DOMINATION mode i take a fiery dragon swd and start hitting things. my guild calls it a lightsaber. is the signature call when the monk doesnt need to heal or basically save anyone. we just say LIGHTSABER TIME.
In aggro mode i just use my Ithas Bow

I use a Droknar's collector Smiting Rod for farming, a Holy Rod for any other time. Unfortunately, outside of drops, getting a max Divine Favor based Holy Rod is a chore. Well, it used to be, until I started farming Sand Wurms for bleached shells. Now I can get all the Holy Rods I want, though I only need one. My offhand is the 5k Divine Symbol from Droknar's.
Sometimes if my secondary is Warrior, I'll bust out a sword to do a little bleeding. But I do like contributing to the group's damage output, which is why I had to get a Holy Rod. I have 0 points allocated to smiting when I'm the group healer.
Remember this (and I've proven it by fighting): Smiting weapons do double damage on undead, and Fire weapons (Holy Rod does fire damage) do double damage on Ice-based enemies (like Siege Golems). They also only do half damage on like-based enemies.

PvE: HoD sword with 20% longer enchantments and collector's healing ankh: +10 energy, +1 healing prayers, +30 health.
I like to be able to take care of myself if situation gets ugly and that's why I like the +enchantments and +health bits. there are 3 enchantments i use most of the time: HH, seed and shielding hands.
PvP: the 20/20 on healing skills staff with +5 energy head and +5 armor. i always make a second one with +enchantments just in case.

For healing and active protection duties I use 3 weapon sets currently :
- Hammer with -5 energy
- Denravi sword 20% enchanting and 20/20 icon (prot or heal)
- Denravi sword 20% enchanting and +15/-1 icon
For a bonder in pvp I my weapon of choice is a +30/+30 life divine favor or protection prayers staff most of the time (and a +30/-2 set).

When I heal I use Brohn's rod/Stonehart. There's a good argument for using the 20/20 collector healing ankh instead of stonehart, but I do prefer this way. Breezes of 10 are good (and well, I _might_ need that extra 5 health from a level 17 orison, sometime). Casting time/recharge for healing spells is not usually that big a deal in my opinion but that depends what skills you use. I used to use Yakslapper, even though it's protection, it's a good staff and I played a hybrid heal/protect most of the time. Brohn's rod is a "must" though, I don't think there's anything better if you're sticking with monk attributes. I sometimes switch to Brohn's staff for the 60 health bonus - sometimes gives me enough extra time to run the hell away but I never use it normally. Gorrel's staff would work as well for this, on a budget.
For a Mo/N, Gordac's Needle and a collector 20/20 blood icon could be more useful - for recharge on Offering of Blood. Typically more energy equals more healing. I've not tried this yet but I like the principle. Only problem is I find 7 blood a good cutoff for OoB, which doesn't meet the requirements for these artifacts.
For 'normal' protection I'll still use Yakslapper, for bonding I use soulstone for its 20%/+1 divine favour on blessed signet (switching with a -1 regen, +15 divine symbol in an emergency).
The green monk artifacts beat just about any gold stuff you're likely to find, anywhere. Oh and for the record; there's a 20/20 healing staff outside of port sledge for 5 intricate grawl necklaces.

strait-2-the-point
i use a brohns holy rod+ -50hp off hand
also IDS with 20% enchants + -50hp off hand
both for my invinci monk.

My healing monk use either a Holy Staff or Holy Rod + Healing Ankh, all from the desert collectors.

For my healing monk i use just a plain fire wand and the off hand ank from the collector in ToA. Its to early (or late for you day workers) to go look up the names. I group farm FoW and OrO with these and have no problems with energy or health.
Katari
Depending on the build, I use a combo of these while healing:
20/20 Healing Ankh
+5 AL (While enchanted)/ 45 HP (While enchanted) Divine Symbol
+5 AL Denravi Sword
20% Enchanting Denravi Sword
Yakslapper (For when I need to deal damage with a rod)
+5 AL Flatbow (for pulling with henchies, and as a zero-e slot.)
I'm looking for a Bhron's Rod to replace the Yakslapper, and a -5e Flatbow. One of these days I'll get around to getting some blood recharge items for when I run a boon/pront build.
