The way is blocked

Very stupid question...

One of the primary quests is called "the way is blocked" you have to clear the entrance to Borlin Pass of someone called "Inan Frostbite". After that I have to report back to Beccum Reedly to get my reward, but i can't remember who or where that is...

Can someone help my troubled mind?

The guy you're reporting back to for the reward is the same one that gave you the quest, right? If you go to the quest window and find the description of the quest, it should say (Name), (Location) of the person who gave it to you right above their little speech.

Yeah, I just did that quest for myself. Apparently not all quest rewards come from the person who gave you the quest, so you have to go to Borlis Pass to find him.
