Fissure Chest Runner?

i've heard there's a build that can do this, but all my search attempts have turned up empty...i did a bit of running around with my w/mo and found one chest, but i doubt my build was the best for it...

anyway, i'm bored and this sounds interesting...anyone wanna help me out?
