SS Necro/Solo Monk in Underworld?

I saw lots of spamming in TOA about SS necro (spiteful spirit) and solo monk 2 PPL farming team in Underworld. I only went there once with a full 8 ppl team and we go wiped out in less 5 minutes, not even clear the chamber. Is it possible to go there with 2 PPL only, a monk and a necro?
