Hello,

Im aware that if you hit someone while running you get a critical strike, but are there other ways to do it?. Any help will be greatly apreciated. Thank you.

Going by the calculators provided on this site, at max attribute level (16) against a foe the same level as you you'll have a 20% chance to land a critical hit.

Higher weapon skill will do it, as Racthoh said, or you could just use Wild Blow (unlinked warrior melee attack). Wild Blow results in a critical strike every time.

the more points u have in your weapon , say axe , the more CHANCE you have of a critical hit , chance being the key word there, and yea the only way to do it not by chance is on a moving target or by using Wild Blow - which also cant be blocked or evaded and ends any stance the target was using , pretty handy

If you hit someone in the back while they're running, it's an automatic critical hit. If that person is strafing and keeping his back away from you, you're not guaranteed the critical hit.

No, damage is global to the sense of reduction. Damage however <hits in the back> are auto-critical hits. This is why AOE's are my warriors best friend, while they run, just keep strikin em in the back ^_-

Does that include hits on the back while they are standing still?

I always thought that that only pertained to axes, haha (critical hits on the back). I don't know why though O.O

No, they have to be moving.

However, hitting someone in the back will strike without a shield's added defense, so it can be helpful.
