Use an expert salvage kit and you have a chance of getting a rare rune. Only a chance though, it may just turn up as regular salvage

It's already identified - there was nothing to identify at all. Does this mean I still have a chance of getting a rune out of it?

It has a selling value of 284 - was thinking about just selling it.
