I want to sell this Earth wand:

Earth dmg: 11-22 (req. 9 Earth magic)
Improves casting speed using Earth magic skills (change: 20%)
Improves skill recharge (change: 10%)
The Price Check said 15k.
I'll sell it to the first that offers 20k
But if nobody else offers higher then 15k then it's sold to the one that offered 15k.
