im looking to buy a wand/rod/trunchon ect. with the following mods:
req Curses (dosent matter how much)
+3 energy over 50% health (a must, mabye +4)
and any other mods dont matter as long as its not -hp
im also not looking to +cast speed b/c those get real expensive real fast
