you'll get some good coin for this.......10k is way too low.
the non max doesn't really matter.
the mods are great.....you'll get like 50k-60k for it.

yes it's great. it's not max but who cares? I use meteor shower more, myself. it does has that -1 energy regen but makes up 4 it

Yes, but +13 is not perfect. I wouldn't pay 50-60k for it.
