PC on sword and collectors shield

Im sorta a noob but i need price check on these items please.

Wingblade Sword Of Enchanting (Gold)
15-22 (req.8 swordsmanship)
Damage +13% (while in stance)
Enchantments last 15% longer.


and


Crimson Carapace Shield
Armor:16 (req.9 tactics)
Health +45 (while hexed)
Recieved Damage -2 (while hexed)


please tell me what these are worth.

4-5k on sword and i read somewhere shield is sold for 5k
