Help with the Great Northern Wall mission

I must be blind or something but for the life of me I cannot find the Charr boss on the Great Northen Wall mission! I've killed everything in the whole area, and haven't even spotted a single Charr.

I've gotten all 4 of the armor pieces that guy wanted and gave them to him. I just can't find the Charr! I've killed the Graal boss to the North of the Armor guy.


Can anyone help me figure out where to go, I've searched the area for about 30 minutes after I killed everything and I can't find another way to go!
