Tombs and such!!

I suppose I'm a relative noob in some areas of GW so hopefully this questions won't draw too much haterep's (and I tried to search too):

tombs - where, what & how do I get there ??

I'm currently in South shiverpeaks - infused, ascended etc and trying to get past Thunderhead Keep (it's proving to be quite a challenge, but I get a bit further each time - hope to complete it later today )

once u defeat ur Doppleganger u will be teleported to "The Dragon's Lair"... once u get their u will be able to go thru a TP and into Tombs of Primeaval Kings

Travel back to dragons lair and go through the zone portal, this takes you out in to the tombs.

It's a contest arena for getting to the hall of heroes team up with buddies or some random people and fight it out in rounds against other teams.

Again this is probably a n00b question but how do I get my PvE char into the Competition/Random Arena so I don't have to stand around for ages waiting to get into a team in either TA or HoH? Is it possible? I know it is poss with a PvP char but not sure how to do it with PvE char so I can test builds with him.

Access to the Random Arena is from Lion's Arch. Head to the docks, and look for an 'arena guard'. You can always just click 'enter team' on your own in the Droknar Team arena too.

Competition Arenas are reached through Lion's Arch, walk next to the beach, eventually you'll see a ship, on the ship is a portal, that'll get you to Competition Arenas.

Go to Lion's Arch, walk to the arena guard (Lo Pan) on the docks. He takes you to RA.

Sorry to revive an old post but i used the search and this one came up with the subject i was looking for

I'm new to PvP but observer mode made me wanna try a second time. I joined CA in LA and we made our way to TA pretty easily. But i wonder, can i go back to TA anytime i want or i need to win about 9 or 10 fight in CA to reach it again?

If you haven't made a pvp character, or if your pve character hasn't made it to droknars, then yes, your team will have to get the required 10 wins in CA.
