Ok some people are going to kill me but I was thinking of adding a Shouter that has helpful shouts to help the entire IWAY Team out. Currently I go into groups and warn them that I'm a shouter they don't seem to mind.
Anyways heres the build.

Sword is more ideal for this build because I am using the Elite for another thing. Use CHARGE to provide a quick boost for ALL your allies and pets towards your target. Spam "Watch Yourself" around your fellow IWAYers to prevent some damage and use "Shields Up" also.
