Really depends how desperate the buyer is for a chaos axe. I sold a req 11 13% vs hexed foes 2 days ago for 35k. Only other mod on it was +6 physical armor mod. In-game you can get a lot more for this, if you hold out for the right buyer, I would say 100-125k.

On these forums you may not get that much at all. Sell it in-game and wait for the right person to pay your price. After all, its still a good farming axe.
