Summary: Pulling off a hard res in my mind can be crucial in a PvP context. However, I've always felt that even putting one on a fast casting mesmer still takes away precious seconds in a fight. You can't do anything while using the ressurection spell that you have choosen. Through the beauty of beastmastery however, one can still provide support while reviving the fallen.

Typical you sit there spamming your 4 interrupts causing extreme frustration. Disrupting Lunge has a nice recharge of only 5 seconds so even though timing pet attacks can be a hassle sometimes this attack can be used repeatedly. Ditto for Savage Shot having a recharge of only 5 seconds. When an ally falls, use Marksman's Wager followed by Rebirth. Continue to use your pet attacks as you don't lose the energy from Rebirth until after you finish casting it successfully. At this point, you will be out of energy. All it takes however is a single arrow to allow you to start spamming attacks away once again since Marksman's Wager will still be in effect. Rebirth at 8 Protection Prayers means that your target will be disabled for 6 seconds.

Notes & Concerns: Rebirth is best left for organized PvP, as such if you want to use the build in the Competition Arenas I would suggest replacing it with Ressurection Signet. Then change your attributes to 16 Beast Mastery, 11 Expertise, and 9 Marksmanship.
