WTB Energy+5/15-1 Single Hand Weapons for Monk/Ele/Necro/Mesmer

I am looking for Single Hand Weaopns with mods as below:

energy+5
and another mods(must have)

or
energy+15
energy reg-1
and another mod(must have)

req doesnt really matter

FYI-

There are a number of collectors who have these items in exchange for monster items. For example, there is a +5 energy fire wand available just outside the Nolani Academy for only a few charr carvings. (My healing monk uses that one.) There are many +15 energy/-1 regen weapons available throughout the game from collectors as well. Just take a look around.

I use a 15/1 from ToA as an emergency weapon on my monk

i Have a Max gold trucheon with a Energy+14 mod, energy regen -1, and a water magic mod!

ty for infomation. But collectors dont offer what I want--- 2 mods on 1 weapon
