Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Armor Penetration +10% (Chance: 10%)

2:
Furious Spatha of Fortitude
Slashing Dmg: 15-22 (req. 11 Swordsmanship)
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Double adrenaline on hit (Chance: 10%)
Health +30

1. i would say 60-70k not an expert on half moons better wait a second opinion

Dude, a perfect req9 Half Moon is 100k+, req8 is probably 100-150k...

1) 125-175k
2) 85k

Curious, if a Req 8 Halfmoon with those perfect stats sells for about 150k, is the same amount applicable for a Req 8 Shortbow with same stats?
