WTB Better Shield...not looking to spend way too much MAX 10K

I am looking for a better shield to use with my warrior. I am looking for preferrably a strength shield the skin is not a real concern of mine, however a tactics shield would be nice too.

I currently use a:

Shadow Shield (req 9 strength)
Armor 16
Clean

Ornate Buckler (req 8 tactics)
Armor 16
+29 Health (enchanted)
-2 damange (enchanted)

i have a max golden/purple eternal shield:

Eternal Shield - Gold
Armor:16 (req.8 Strength)
Health +29 (while hexed)

Eternal Shield - Purple
Armor: 16 (req.13 Strength)
Received damage-1 (while enchanted)
