Still kinda new to GW, but I'm cusrious how well this set will do as a potential sole PvE. Tell me what you think.

Putrid Expolsion Well I just tested the Ettin run with an MM. The build I used went like this:

12+1+3 Death
10+1 Blood
Rest + 1 Soul Reaping

Deathly Swarm
X
Vampiric Gaze
Taste of Death
Offering of Blood
Verata's Sacrifice
Summon Bone Horror
Summon Bone Fiend

In spell slot X I tried Shadow of Fear and Predatory Season. Winnowing could work, as do various healing options if you are N/Mo (Heal Area, Healing Breeze). Primal Echos might mitigate the Healing Signet spam and lower the damage output of the Ettins. Overall it went very well.

In group PvE I would consider Well of Blood or Blood Ritual.
