WTB Wand +5 energy, 20% recharge curses.

I just need a one handed weapon req Curses (16), Death (11) or Blood (8). Must have close to 20% recharge for curses and +3 energy minimum.

Actually for what you are looking for that is perfect. Even with zero points in that attribute the dmg isn't going to be anything worth worrying about. Even on heavly armored foes, you might "lose" 20-30 pts in dmg, and that is if you are hitting 3-4 times in a battle.

Since you are casting the mods are what is most important. Obviously if you have the money and someone is selling the item it works, but believe me, that wand is probably the best you will find for what you are looking for.(unless there is a green out there) which I don't think there is.
