blue sickel ps

its a 6-15 Req 4, Preciouse, and adds 1 to axes (12% when using skills) i heard that sickels are rare drops, but i also heard that the "sickel frenzY" has ended... soo... just tell me if this is a piece of junk like i think or if i can make any money of it.. thnx
