Missing 30 stat points

I got ascended the other day and im missing 30 stat points (i took off all my stats and it says i have 170, when there should be 200).
i posted in this topic because i thought there is a quest or soemthing that gives you the extra stat poitns and i read somewhere that there is.
i just dont know the quest.
someone help.
