for so far I can see only the req is a bit on the high side...

For weapon mods you can check with confidence the sticky post on top of the forums; i would say nowadays 16-18k is a good price.
About the longbow i know it's a rare skin; not very expert on that i would say that 30-40k seems fair to me considering extra high req; i would wait for a 2nd check though
