Well i'm sure you know yourself better than me but here's what i think:
1. 10-15k (you just price checked a 20% 20-30k)
2. 25-30k
3. 120-150k
4. 50-60k
5. 10-12k
6. 15-20k
7. 35-40k
8. 50-60k
9. 40k

I'd go a lot higher on 9... more around 100k, but I am a bit insane, and love Heal/Smite monking.
