[Mainly for Going after casters although just as affective against tanks and rangers.]

[Also Ingame: Be sure to maintain Water Attunement and Aura of Restoration. Simply get beside them and use frozen burst, then cast maelstrum for interupts this way they are slowed and interupted. Then simply cast water trident to knock them down and fast cast Ice Spear and you should knock them out very quickly. Similar Tactics on Killing most Professions]

should consider using blurred vision btw...as a hex blind, it's not so easily removed compared to say, blinding flash...ae too.
