PC: Max Gold Spatha, 14^50

I bought this Unid from someone for 8k, i identified it with fingers crossed for 15^50, not quite what i wished for but still not bad. Here are the stats.

Spatha of Enchanting (req.8)
dmg 15-22
(+14% damage while health is above 50%)
Enchantments last 18% longer.

Spatha being the cool double bladed forked sword look.

So whats it worth?
