It would seem that this item has been "nerfed" as I can no longer get it from Symon the Scribes quest
Given that I managed to sell mine to the merchant, I'm looking to buy one!

Hahaha, you CAN still get it from Symon the Scribe, it just doesnt show up as -50hp on the quest list... I wonder how many possible invincimonks that has thrown off in the past!
